This section is for sellers with whom Petroleum Realty Advisors is working in pursuit of a sale of their gas station. If you have a page in this section of the site, it is to either provide you with (1) pre-publication review and approval of listing materials for your station; or (2) the ability to review the materials that have been made available to potential buyers of your station, provided your listing has not yet been posted for evaluation by the general public. If your listing has been published for evaluation by the general public, then the information for that listing can be accessed through the Station Listings section of our website.
You can access information about your station by clicking on the seller-specific hyperlink below and logging in with the username and password you used to access this page. Note that no one except prospective sellers with whom we are currently working have access to this root page. To protect seller anonymity among this limited group, we have assigned each prospective seller a unique three-digit abbreviation/code, which appears below.
